What good is a bow if you don't shoot it? Or a spear if you don't throw it? Or the bolas if your not chucking them down the range? This year the spring fling will reach new levels of fun as we incorporate every primitive projectile weapon we can find. New events this year will include atl-atl competitions, sling ranges, bolas challenge, throwing stick course, and much more. If you have built a bow in one of our bow making classes or shoot traditional archery tackle or atl-atl, please join us for our second annual Spring Fling Archery Shoot. Enjoy a day of shooting here at the Roots location where we will have: a 20 target 3D Archery Target Course, Long Range Shoots, Aerial Targets, team shooting games, an Instinctive Shooting Class, and a Flaming Arrow Shoot. * Please bring your own arrows. * Please bring your own lunch and breakfast.
